Today’s run.

Now I didn’t start my injury prevention yet… oops but I have been running on the treadmill maybe every other day and outside some times. (Running on the treadmill hurts my piriformis muscle the least)!! I did feel it quite a bit though tonight after my run.. so I stretched and such and it slowly eased the pain! 

3 miles today, one mile to my friends house and then 2 on the mill… first 800m at 7:00 pace and the rest at 6:40 pace.
